Siamak Hariri, partner
Taylor Hariri Pontarini Architects
Siamak was born in Bonn, West Germany and educated in Toronto, Ontario. He attended Yale University School of Architecture, New Haven, where he received his Master of Architecture in 1985.
At Taylor Hariri Pontarini Architects, Siamak is currently the partner-in-charge of the $70 million new Schulich School of Business at York University, the Master Plan and Attic Renovation for the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, and the renovations and additions to the MacLaren Art Centre in Barrie. He recently completed the award-winning, $15 million office building for McKinsey & Company in Toronto, the Robertson House Crisis Care Centre, winner of the Toronto Urban Design Awards (2000), and the Open Space Master Plan for the University of Toronto. Internationally, he completed the Landegg Academy Master Plan in Switzerland, the renovations to the McKinsey & Company offices in Jakarta and as a result of its success was recently selected to design the McKinsey & Company offices in Manila.
