Registration includes
the Opening Reception on the evening of
Wednesday, October 17; one formal
lunch on Thursday, October 18; all refreshment breaks; and access to all
educational programs and the exhibit hall.
Payment: Payment is by check only,
to the order of NE2007, and must accompany
your registration. Registrations received
without payment will not be processed until
payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds: Requests
for cancellation of registration must be
received in writing by letter or fax
postmarked or received by or on September
17, 2007, in order for registration fees to
be refunded. An administrative fee of 15% of
your total fee will be assessed on all
refunds. No refunds will be issued for
cancellation requests received after
September 17, 2007. Refunds will be issued
after the conclusion of the meeting.
Substitutions: Institutions that have
remitted payment of the required
registration fee are permitted to
'substitute' a replacement attendee from the
same institution in place of the original
registrant at any time. Notice of the
substitution must be submitted to NE2007 in
writing by letter, fax or email.
